LA INCERTIDUMBRE DEVUELVE AL EUA POR DEBAJO DE LOS 7€

Point Carbón publicó el miércoles una noticia que sugería que la Comisión Europea podría carecer de la potestad necesaria para retirar permisos de la subasta bajo el marco legal actual. De ser así, las medidas para estabilizar el precio del EUA requerirían un cambio en la propia normativa y esto conlleva mucho tiempo. Mientras la CE decide si puede tomar o no la decisión rápida y unilateralmente, el EUA pierde enteros.

Los precios de cierre al spot, según Point Carbon, han sido de 7,49€, 7,63€, 7,15€ y 6,80€. En cuanto a la permuta, pese a un CER en mínimos históricos, el diferencial se ha estrechado ligeramente y Point Carbon ha dado unos precios de cierre de 4,31€, 4,37€, 4,16€ y 3,87€.

Además, la Comisión ha informado esta semana de que está probando el nuevo software que utilizará el Registro Único durante la fase 3. Los trabajos estarán terminados para este otoño y el programa estará adaptado para las subastas.
