Factor CO2 participates in the first workshop for the definition of the National Policy of Adaptation to Climate Change of Costa Rica

Last week, Factor CO2 was in San José, Costa Rica, participating in the first workshop to define the National Policy for Adaptation to Climate Change in Costa Rica.
Kepa Solaun, Partner and General Director of Factor CO2, presented the first approaches and aspects to be considered in this policy instrument, in the series of workshops to be held as part of the project to prepare the National Climate Change Adaptation Plan of Costa Rica.
This project is part of the ARAUCLIMA Program, where the International and Ibero-American Foundation for Public Policy and Administration (FIIAPP) and the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development (AECID) are providing multidisciplinary technical support and assistance to the Government of Costa Rica.
Factor CO2 is advising the Directorate of Climate Change of the Ministry of Environment and Energy of Costa Rica (MINAE) and the Ministry of Planning and Economic Policy (MIDEPLAN), as a specialized consultant for the preparation of the National Climate Change Adaptation Plan of Costa Rica.
Factor CO2 has more than 10 years contributing ideas and services in the face of climate change, through a wide international network of offices and collaborators.
