ACEF is one of the leading events in Asia and the world dedicated to renewable energies, energy efficiency and access to energy. The 13th edition of the event consisted on a large number of plenary sessions, workshops and technical seminars.
The Factor team, represented by Hugo Lucas, Factor's Energy Manager and CEO of Factor Germany, traveled to Manila to give two presentations during the 10th plenary session: "The future decentralized electricity grid: Implications for public services and consumers".
The first presentation, entitled: Renewable Energy Tenders and Community Empowerment, aimed to present the role of citizens in the energy transition. The second presentation focused on a report on the design and assessment of renewable electricity auctions in sub-Saharan Africa.
