Factor reaffirms its excellence in quality and environment

14 July 2017 | Mitigation

For another consecutive year, external audits have been carried out for the renewal of our quality and environmental management systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) and verification of the EMAS environmental statement and the PAS standard 2060, which certifies the neutrality of emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG) of the company.

Aware that we are the first who must to commit to a model of society that generates less GHG emissions, we have opted for a model of responsible organization with the climate, renewing this excellence for another year.

Given that one of the premises in the provision of our services is quality and continuous improvement and that, through Factor's own activity, the preservation of the environment has always been one of the concerns of the organization as a whole, since our creation more than a decade ago, with an operational work structure designed to ensure customer satisfaction, we integrate the environment in the management of the company under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Additionally, we have been calculating, reducing and offsetting our contribution to climate change since 2010. In 2012, as an additional step in our commitment, we wanted to make our carbon neutrality public and that a third party (in our case TÜV Rheinland) accredit it through verification, compensation, reduction and neutralization of GHG emissions associated with our Organization under the standard PAS 2060. Becoming the first Spanish company that certifies its neutrality of its emissions worldwide under this standard.

With the verification and renewal of these certifications, Factor reaffirms its excellence in quality and environment.
