For another year, Factor registers its carbon footprint in the OECC Registry
27 April 2017 | Mitigation
Factor has renewed its registration in the carbon footprint registry, compensation and carbon dioxide absorption projects of the Spanish Office of Climate Change (OECC), an agency under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environment (MAPAMA).
To renew its registration, Factor has registered its emissions of 2015, where it has calculated its carbon footprint and has established a plan with commitments to reduce the Group's greenhouse gas emissions on a voluntary basis.
The ranges included in the calculation of the carbon footprint mentioned are scope 1, scope 2 and scope 3. The latter includes emissions from all offices at the international level, from the main suppliers, from the displacements In itinere, waste management and paper consumption, among others.
This new seal adds the fifth of the Factor Group since it has seals corresponding to the registrations of the years 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and the latter added in the register of the year 2015.
Factor is specialized in providing ideas and services addressing climate change since 2004, through an extensive international network of offices and partners group.
